Shipping and Returns
We strive to ship orders quickly, usually within 48 hours. (Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday.) We try to maintain adequate stock of each item. However, because each piece of jewelry is produced by hand there may be times when we cannot fulfill your order right away. If this happens, we will notify you.
We ship all orders 1st Class Fragile via the U.S. Postal Service.
Continental US and Hawaii - $2.50
Canada - $7.50
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Earrings and Company. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt. You may request an exchange, credit or refund of the cost of the item less the original shipping charge.
Please enclose the item in its original packaging and include the following:
Why you are returning the item (wrong color, too small, damaged, etc.)
How you want us to handle the return. (exchange, credit or refund)
Name and address to which we should send your exchange or refund.
An e-mail address or phone number so we can contact you if we have questions.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
A sales tax of 5.5% will be added to those residing in the state of Maine.
Free Gift Packaging
If your purchase is a gift, we would be happy to wrap it appropriately and send it wherever you like. Just provide the gift recipient’s name and address in the “comments” section at the bottom of the checkout window.
